Thank you for shopping with Sawariya Organics Powders. We aim to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy before placing your order and replace any bracketed contact details before publishing.

1. Shipping partner

We ship orders using our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket. Tracking information will be provided once your order is handed to the carrier.

2. Processing time

  • Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If an item is on backorder, or if processing will take longer for any reason, we will notify you by email or SMS.

3. Shipping timeframes (estimated)

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment for metro and urban areas.

  • Remote and rural locations may take longer (up to 10–14 business days). Actual delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier.

  • The delivery estimate provided at checkout is indicative; please use the tracking link for real-time updates.

4. Shipping charges

  • Standard shipping is free across India unless a different shipping charge is shown at checkout for specific products (for example, bulky or specially-handled items).

  • If shipping charges apply to an order, they will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Tracking your order

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID once your order is shipped.

  • Use the Shiprocket tracking link provided to view real-time status and estimated delivery date.

6. Delivery and risk of loss

  • Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

  • Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

7. Failed deliveries, returns to sender, and reshipment charges

  • If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, non-delivery due to the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, we will notify you.

  • Reshipment may be possible after you confirm the correct address; reshipment charges (and any additional courier fees) will ordinarily be payable by you unless the return was due to our error.

  • If an order is not claimed or is abandoned, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting actual shipping and handling costs, where applicable.

8. Change of delivery address

  • If you need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the carrier instructions but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

9. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with your order number, photos or a short video of the issue, and a brief description.

  • We will investigate and, if the claim is validated, arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

10. International shipping

  • Currently, our primary focus is deliveries within India. If you require international shipping, please contact us in advance — international shipping (if available) may incur customs duties, taxes, and longer transit times, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

11. Force majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.). In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and resume services as soon as practicable.
