Refund & Return Policy

Most purchases are final due to the nature of our organic products — however, we will accept returns or issue refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items if reported promptly.

1. Final sale policy

Because our products are perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or prepared in small batches, ordinary purchases are final and non-returnable in normal circumstances. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

2. Exceptions — when we will refund or replace

We will consider a refund, replacement, or store credit if all of the following apply:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or 

  • You received the wrong product or wrong quantity; and

  • You notify us and provide photo/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

If your claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement at no charge; or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method; or

3. How to request a refund or replacement

  2. Provide your order number, delivery date, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect/damage/incorrect item.

  3. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and guide you on the next steps.

4. Returns shipping & inspection

  • If the return is due to our error (defect, damage in transit, or wrong product), we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup at no cost to you.

  • If the return is not covered by this policy (for example, change of mind), we may refuse the return.

  • Returned items must be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned product shows signs of use beyond that necessary to verify the defect, or if the returned item is incomplete.

5. Refund timing & method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-20 business days after we receive the returned item and complete inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit.

  • Bank/processor clearing times may cause additional delay before the refunded amount appears in your account.

6. Non-returnable / non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Perishable goods, opened or used items, and items sold as sealed for hygiene reasons;

  • Gift cards and downloadable/consumable digital goods;

  • Items clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

7. Disputes & chargebacks

If you open a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us, we may need to suspend service while we investigate. We prefer you contact us first so we can resolve issues faster.
